Alden 405s after about a year and a half of mostly daily wear. Tours of duty include England, Haiti, Kenya, Sudan, Switzerland, USA, and Zimbabwe.
Resoled once with the standard 405 sole. Laces were swapped out for some round leather laces. A coat of mink oil every six months suffices for care.
